Our videoprojection equipment corresponds to the size of our rooms. The equipment is provided with screens and foldback monitors.

- Creation of a temporary network linking the rooms used during a conference
- Preview room set up in direct connection with one or more rooms to record speakers’ presentations and rebroadcast them in the workgroup room(s).
- Internet access through our Mégalis router (SDSL connection—guaranteed speed of 512 MB)
| - Speakers’ PowerPoint presentations can be recorded with a synchronised voice-over of their speeches.
- Recordings burned to DVD or saved to USB storage devices for distribution among participants before they leave.
Please note: This can be a good replacement for a book of abstracts.

| A simple, useful, interactive tool, this helps raise participants' level of involvement in motivation or team-building seminars, sets the pace in workgroups and brainstorming sessions, and spices up round tables and colloquia.
- A questionnaire is written in PowerPoint in concertation with the organisers.
- Voting keypads (HF radio emitter) are provided for each participant.
- Votes submitted with the keypads are tallied.
- Results are displayed as histograms live or at a later time
