End of European Project Seminar: Dairy 4 Future - September 27, 2022

A few weeks before the start of the next Route du Rhum, the crew of the European Dairy-4-Future project met in Saint-Malo for its last stopover. Travelers from Scotland, Wales, English Cornwall, Ireland, the Netherlands, Galicia and Portugal joined the ranks of the Breton, Norman and Parisian guests.

Even though the stormy winds and the rain slamming on the windows of the Palais du Grand Large tried to distract the attention of the hundred or so passengers, the course towards the dairy systems of today and tomorrow was maintained throughout the day, under the command of Sylvain Foray, project manager at the Institut de l'Elevage .
