The Palais des Congrès de Saint Malo offers a prestigious setting to enhance your exhibition.

In this privileged setting, your exhibitors will feel valued and will be able to establish friendly contacts with your participants during the coffee breaks and lunch cocktails that will be held there.

For larger exhibitions, the Quai St Malo, a vast wood and glass structure located in front of the Grand Large with a view of the marina and the corsair city, offers a surface area of 2,400 m2 that can be extended to 5,000 m2.

 

Two types of exhibitions are proposed to you:

• The classic exhibition withmodular stands built and installed by our stand designer or by the private stand designers of your partners.
• The provision, for your partners, of dedicated floor space equipped with tables and chairs. Each exhibitor can complete this module with an umbrella stand, kakemonos, etc.

OUR SERVICES RELATED TO THE EXHIBITION :

The Palais du Grand Large can offer you a turnkey exhibition service with individual management of exhibitors' files by a single contact person at the GRAND LARGE. This management includes :

• The elaboration of the plan of the exhibition on specific software
• The development of the exhibitor's practical guide
• Management of individual exhibitor orders
• Receipt of exhibitor packages with handling service included
• The technical permanence of the stand operator at the installation of the exhibitors
