This event, which brings together the French space science community, decides on the major directions for the future, guiding space research in France for the next 5 years.
Studies and Earth observation, space exploration and the sciences of the Universe are just some of the themes on which the 380 participants have been working for 18 months to present the synthesis of their reflections on this occasion.
Following a welcome address by Monsieur Lurton, Mayor of Saint-Malo, at the opening session, CNES Chairman and CEO Philippe Baptiste presented the program for the 3 days of high-level conferences.

" We returned for another edition of our scientific foresight seminar, already held at the Palais du Grand Large a few years ago. The team was extremely professional, and always met our expectations with a smile. Le palais du grand large's easy access and ideal location, with a breathtaking view of the sea, were much appreciated by participants. The venue was perfectly suited to our needs, both in terms of its architecture and the facilities on offer."
